Entertainment Discuss sound card in the Discussions forums; Ok, i reformatted my hard drive awhile back and noticed i dont have any sound. So i need to figure out how to get my sound drivers. Any help?...

before anyone can help you witht eh sound card, it would be helpful to use if you were able to provide us with more information ie: operating system, exact sound card...

You can look at it as a metaphor for the fleeting nature of human life, or just chalk it up to my being a sick, bloodthirsty monster. Either way, it's all the same.

Ok, the card i have no idea, im running a laptop and it asks me to find a driver for a PCI Multimedia Audio Device. Before i did a reformat on the hard drive, i think it was an a Allegro Maestro. But im not sure.
