The psycho dude from The Cell.....the way he had no remorse...and tested the limites of his own pain threshold..and the actor is a favorite of mine..he's good at psycho..but also good in other characters.

Pierce Brosnan's character in Event Horizon was pretty creepy, That scene when he turns around in the chair with his eyes gouged out.

Hannibal Lecter is just classic, but I also like his character in some regards.
Tetsuo Shima can be extremely creepy, more-so in the Manga then in the movie.
Mickey Knox in Natural born Killers namely the scene that was cut from the movie where he stabbed that girl too death in the middle of a courtroom.

Denalay, um that was Sam Neill in Event Horizon, but I won't tell, and yes he was creepy once posessed by the ship.
Dr. Butcher, M.D. from Zombie Holocaust was pretty terrifying, mainly due to his acting ability.
The Tall Man from Phantasm still gives me the creeps.
