As hot as that car looks, you could own something identical, at least exterior wise

ive always been a sucker for them black rims. they just looks cool to me. that double wing thing that car has goin on is pretty original too. Im not much of a car man myself, but i must say, that car looks pretty cool.

I wish I owned that car .. but I would lose my license pretty quick ....................... if they could catch me that is

There are minor differences in the pics around the net of this car, it will be interesting to see exactly what it will look like.

I suppose it makes stunt doubles easy to find.

I would have preferred to see a something less prolific.

I think it looks boxy, fat, and ugly.

the lights don't fit (headlights) they tear the face of the car with that clear plain glass shield half a mile infront of and around the singular light, and that strip over them makes it worse. it isn't a spoiler, it's just... a strip. what for? structural integrity? please...

the position of the scanning lights makes it look as if it's a fake air vent put on by a chav on his corsa. it has no function any more, making it look stupid. the side skirts just sit there without following any lines. the door vent style additions look wierd and pointless and just hang there, and the rear double spoiler yet again looks like a bad 'fast and the furious' inspired 16-17 year old chav attempt at making his ride look bling.

the alloys are nice, but i don't think the spoke style sits. infact, i think it'd be hard to find ones to fit. the overall curve of the car is nice, but it's lost its sleek sexy look. its just a grunting black box. the additions to the body really take away the soft sliding streamline of what it could be. even the wingmirrors look out of place. they're square and horrid and look like something off a nissan sunny. where's the bullets? even a m3 or mercedes benz indicator mirror would look better.

there's no slick ninja like singular scanning faceless look like on the old kitt. to fit with this new styling of the car, the character of kitt will have to change so very much i don't think it'll be anywhere near what kitt was. the old kitt just wouldn't fit in that machine.

more like an angry rude boy skinhead version of the gadget mobile from that disney version of inspector gadget.

Although the Shelby is a nice car in itself, I would have much preferred this one myself ..

I think it looks bloody ugly. The car itself is nice. But as KITT? No. Sure, you can get away with another Battlestar Galactica, and turning it in to a space opera. You can get away with making a Spin-Off of one of the longest running sci-fi shows, and even though you made it a mediocre version, we'll forgive you.

But you do not mess with the Hoff, and you do not mess with KITT. I mean, this is like Terminator 3. It seemed like a good idea, but took it's time defecating on the glory of Terminator 2. They aren't even using the same voice.

Its a fucking mustang, absolutely nothing special about that. And those double spoilers look rediculous.

Although the car (in its original form) is an awsome machine (and no, I am not a ford fan in the least) I do agree as KITT it does suck. I think one of the things that made the original series a success is that it seemed advanced for its time. The problem this time around is that no matter how much cheesy technology they throw into these cars, whatever they come out to be, its not going to be good enough to keep anyones attention. Todays technology already surpasses most ideas I am sure they could try and throw into this series.
