I realise that this might not be the best forum for this but anyway...

I'm interested in becoming an industrial DJ ala Rudy Ratzinger from :Wumpscut:, VNV Nation, Covenant, etc.
What I want to know is basically everything about being a DJ from scratch.
eg. What sort of equipment, music, computer programs, etc I will need.

I know that this makes me seem ignorant but the thing is, I am ignorant. All I know is that I enjoy that sort of music and it seems like a good idea to try and make it myself.

So does anyone have any info, websites, whatever to help me out?

gonna need a nice and powerfull sound system....or venue speakers. a patch bourd, equalizer, ampheads/amps, scratch bourd, mic's, and a few other key things.if you want to play live industrial music then get the metal head keybourd, depending on what kind of training you recieve or playing ability, some places offer it, its the one the reznor used on pretty hate machine................ i can look around more, but i would suggest looking through musicians friend or next time you go to a club, strike up a convo with the dj thier about it............
