Since Sylar worked on intricate clocks and watches, maybe he performs brain surgery on himself. I know it sounds bizarre but seemed to have a sixth sense of the the telekinetic being "broken" just like he did with Suresh's watch. And it would explain why he takes other people's brains: to examine them to unlock their powers in his own. Then again, he's not bald and didn't seem to have signs of brain surgery.

We have seen in the future that Isaac does die but thats probably not this soon. I hope its not DL but its more likely him than Niki, Peter and Hiro (everyone's favorite...killing Hiro could kill the show).

The marathon was this past wednesday with the first 6 episodes. Maybe there will be another marathon before the show comes back after its midseason break.
