do you sometimes hate a band, that you don't particularly like anyway, because someone you despise or loathe thinks they're the greatest band ever? i know i do.....

Nirvana and Jane's Addiction. I refuse to listen to both of them because of an asshole I know who thinks that Nirvana saved Goth from becoming glittery. *FURY*

Well, now that I think a little more, I find it difficult to listen to Tori Amos without getting depressed because of another guy who I dont hate but might just as well......

oooh.....Fiona Apple - same bitch as pearl jam........Poe - same bitch again.........AC/DC and Lynard Skynard - don't ya love parents that are friends with their children's friends, damn hippy parents: "the Heheman family"..........fucking back stabbers.........and um, ooooh....okay, i like fleetwood mac, i do.....but everytime i hear that song Landslide, i just wanna fucking jab forks repeatedly into my ears; an ex-evil-love of mine used to make me play that song on guitar so she could sing it....she had a pretty voice, but goddamn! enoughs enough!

I listen to pretty much anything I like, I don't let other people's opinions sway me. Also, I wouldn't classify Nirvana as goth - just an aside there, oh, and they rock.

and Oar.....i hate that fucking song "Crazy Game of Poker" and my roomie of 3 yrs....guess what, Oar is his favorite band....but i hate the band cuz of sumone else i lived with a long fucking time ago......and that fact that my roomie now, who fucking i can't stand anymore cuz he's fucking two-faced and talks shit and lies constantly and is a fucking bitch, i really, really, really am beginning to hate the band.......yet, i have one of their songs on my mp3 list....hahahahaha!

I dont hate cradle of filth because alot of the people I *used* to hang out with practically worshipped them. I just dont like them,period.No offense to any of they're fans out there.but I just hate bands with totally lame overrated appearances,and the music,in my opinion, sucks.I could add Slipknot to this,as well as Korn,and Limp Biskit,and Coal Chamber. I was always the one kid in the highschool goth group that just didint get it,you know? My friends back then would be lounging out,smoking,and listening to this stuff,and I would be kinda looking around with a puzzled expression.Ah well.But I dont hate it because my friends back the,did.I always have.

I never liked Limp Bizkit that much after their 2nd CD...and then a few people who I absolutely couldn't stand started getting really into them...and that was it for me. Its petty, sure, but I did it anyway.

Limp Bizkit, I liked the first CD, but I was young, now its really sub par.

The first one really wasn't bad...and I liked maybe 2 on their second, and then 1 on the 3rd (the third was crap except for the slower "Hold On"). That's about it.
