I dont know too many of them but is there a genre or style allocated for them? For exmaple the movies Snatch and Shaun of the Dead while of course differnt monumentally and what not had a similar style even though they had differnt Directors. There was just something aobut them, the character types, the pop-cultural style the music. everything. I REALLY like these films and wonder what OTHER films follow in the similar trend. By the way kickass song from both Snatch AND Shaun of the dead was "Ghost Town" by the Specials.

Have you seen Dog Soldiers? Train Spotting? Withnail and I? Personally I'm not a fan of Train Spotting, but from your choice of films there, I think you'd like it.

Check out Layer Cake. Quite good I must say for a british gangster flick. Ask Sybs! She got wet panties from the leading actor Daniel Craig.

And if you haven't heard of The Long Good Friday or Excaliber, you need shooting!

I did see Dog Soldiers and I kinda liked it. It was the werewolf one right? It wasnt phenominal but I liked it.

Yea, that's the one. Best line ever was when the guy was about to be eaten and said 'I hope you fucking choke'. But yea, as Cucking said - see Layer Cake too. Excalibur is a class film too, but kinda dated now imo, and a bit disturbing.

Definatly watch "Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" its really similar to Snatch, it was by the same director and producer im pretty sure.

I loved Trainspotting, but it gets a lot more serious than the other British movies listed here. But it really is a great movie.

Layer Cake is good fun too, but the plot gets confusing at times..
