i really don't know what the fuck has been bothering me at all. i am not on my period. i am also never like this to begin with. i find this to be really fucking strange. that i'm going down the hill all of sudden. that is how i'm describbing my feelings. that is what i feel like. i feel like i'm going down the hill. down the hill for no reason at all. i'm never like this to begin with. maybe i'm having an emotional week or something. i still fill like i could flip out in anger and just go NUTS! since no one is here at all. i have to deal with this the best way that i can. i have been doing that all my life. its really not a healthy thing to do. go through your problems all alone. but i'm so used to it. any advise would be nice. i don't care if they were to be mean or nice. cause i can be mean right back at ya.

what do I do when Im down? hmmm... well... there's anime... and manga... and gaming... and maste--erm, television...

though mostly it comes down to sleeping.

i don't give a rats ass about drinking. it really does make you feel worse if do. i think maybe later on i can calm down. but then i think i might pick up my emotional habbit again.

cool. sounds like you are keeping occupied that way then. but i would suggest something that you know that makes you happy. for most of us... sex is the thing. for others reading a book. sometimes just getting outside and walking is another especially if you live near the countryside.

most of the times my downness gets into anger attacks, anger attacks scare me and make me even more down which result in more anger attacks because i am so weak and not able to hold my own emotions under control.

I punch walls, throw fits, try to stabilise myself, i used to cut but am not doing that anymore....

to get rid of it walking helps, in the park, no matter what time it is....
