I am goin crazy! I got out of foster care when I was 18. I lived with my sis for a while. then i moved on my own. I was having a hard time so my brother says I can move to kenai and live with him. (at this point I am 19) I move. I end up taking care of his kids. I mean I love them but there not mine ya know? His wife pulls one over on me. I get this check in the mail for work I had done like 6 months ago. I nevr thought I would get paid.

Any ways. my brother and his wife took it all! said they would pay me back. Then asked me for another $725 for a depsit so we can move. I figure he is getting tax returns soon so why not? then we get to the new house and he tells me by the way you cant have your cat. takes her to the pound and expects me to bo ok with it. One day I ask to borow 5 bcks to get a phone card and he tries to put my head through the door. the cops come take me to a shelter. any ways as a result there kids got taken away. he has all my stuff. people say i should sue

yes take revenge... sue and get your shit back...

sue if you must... But i would get your stuff back first.. Ask the local cops to give you assistance.. I hope you got a TRO(temp restraining order) at the time he got arrested.. The cops will definitly give you an escort if you did.... After your stuff is out, sue for the funds you 'loaned' them, and for emotional duress due to the loss of your cat.. And if you lost time from work when this happened, add your lost wages in as well... Do it in small claims court so you don't have to pay an attorney more than you would get back.. Just be sure that you have documentation for everything that you are sueing for when you get into court.. Including police reports from that day...

or you could just go around there with a baseball bat and let your rage and bloodlust take over.......he he he

But you know what? He didnt get in trouble for what he did to me! The freakin cop said It was all a missunderstanding! UGH! Kiss my ass with that bull ****! sorry dont mean to curse but I am mad! I cant do any thing. When the kids got taken away, the state asked me to back off so they could get him on other charges, drugs, child abuse, ect. My brother is in jail now but not for what he did to me. so I call his wife thinking she might be more understanding HA! Now I am being told my stuff is gone and she has no Idea what I am talking about.Thats B.S! She blames me for the kids being taken. Why does she care? she and my brother have told those kids they wish they could kill them and get away with it!!!!!!!!!! I am not talking teens here. My nephue is 8 and his twin sisters are almost 3. The youngest is 6 months!!

Just get all your ducks in a row, call the cops for an escort and go get your stuff... file a small claims suit that will take 3-30 months to get into court to get your money and more for your troubles..

When it's all done, file it in your mind under "don't do this again'...
