Yesterday i asked for advice what i can do for her. Tonight i ask you what i can do for myself. I cannot sleep, i cannot eat..never will forget her.

no matter what you do for her, you have to find your own center too. Else you will be eaten by her tragedy and not be strong when she needs you too.

can you write her letters? not that you send them, mind you... but to get out onto paper what you would say, if you could?

Yes i already did. And sometimes i feel a little better after that. Hmm... a few days ago she called me by phone at 3.00 a.m. She asked if i would still like her. Of course i do. more than i could say. And one time she even asked if i hate her.
Yes she often wants to know about my feelings for her. in that moments it's just wonderful to hear her voice. But after that i feel ..forsaken. It's not easy to be strong. But for her..I CAN BE.. A HERO!!! Only the time between is very hard..

Love comes and goes. The misstake is to remain static... to disallow change in fear of the memory itself fading. If you do that, a beautiful memory will become a painful nightmare.

Basic idea? Move on. It takes a bit of backbone...

mmm spine... not many people have that here in the advice section. theres gotta be a wonder saying that gives people courage... i wonder what it is?

Now there's a saying for ya. And the old-timers around here can agree with me in one thing; that it's true.

well... they work if ur a woman... or, at least, when a woman uses them on me... heheh

not to sound cold, but the only way she'll be able to resolve all those issues if they did indeed happen to her is through proffessional help, either counselling, therapy or something...someone already mentioned that you need to center yourself to be there to help her...an empty well can not provide water to those who have none.

Check into getting her some therapy group, i myself am going to one for parenting purposes...so they are out there, the first step is admitting it's an issue...

figure out what you need to do to get yourself back into a functional state...two disfunctional people just make more disfunctional scenarios...you both need the back bone to realize this is not an issue that will resolve itself...dwelling on what's been done will solve nothing, healing is what's required, until the self is healed there is none...only fractures of the self...only a person can repair themselves, but sometimes they need a guide.

it takes two whole people for a healthy relationship.

I know you cant forget her,i know..i havnt read your other thread but try and get her back..even if she thinks friends is better.
