| meditation help! -

find a place calm and suttle to your own being place a candle around you in a comfortable place sit with your back against a wall or a chair and your legs and arms at rest beside you. clear you mind of everything, dont push thoughts out of your head, just nudge them away its all apart of control, now slowly start to visualize a circle. a white circle. (this is the vizualizatioin period of becoming) you will need to develop all of your senses in order to do this right. (sight, taste, smell, hearins, touch) these will help with meditation and vizions. now imagine the circle disapearing like the time on a clock. make sections of the circle disapeare in a clockwise rotation until its gone, while doing this keep a steady breathing pattern and your mind at ease. now when it disapeares recreate it in the same way little by little in the same clockwise pattern.
while doing this you need to keep your thoughts at bay. you need to learn control over you energy, and your being such as thought and imagination. imagination is the bighgest key to unlocking your vizualizatiion skills in the most powerfull and effective way. when you build up your powers of vizualization you will then be able to start more deeper and less thoughtfull/worryfull meditating. you will be able to be at peace and enter your own realm. your own gala. and then find your own power, and being. your answers will come to you in this place because it is based to be the place of your inlightenment. anything you do during the day and everyday should be recorded both in your head or on paper. then brought to your imaginations opening to unnlock the answers to your problems, questions, or truths. (things will become clear) and in my farher teachings for the new desiples of my teachings, i will later ad in lessons about vision guidence and plane existance. also deeper and deeper based mediation skills that will improve herbal remedy, practicing or making spells, and carrying out premonitions and visions of sometimes the unwanted but truthfull kind.  | |

its not really what you imagine, its that you use your imagination in meditation. this will help your telekentic powers later. trust me. im not real advanced but i run in a crew of pagan, and my mom is a wiccan witch. how do you beat that. i get all the tips i can use.
so dont think of just the circle. give it proportions, make it a colored sphere, rotate it around and put texture to it. after you get use to this idea, change its shape little by little, your mind becomes more clear as you focus only your mind on changing the form and texture of the shape in your mind. if possible try and do this with your eyes open, it will help realease the powers of the 6th sence. the 7th 8th and 9th will come later in the advanced stages of meditation.
tell me if you find any real flaw in my teaching ethic.

you need to keep with it yo cant just try once and then quit, dont worry im not yeling. in order to stay as i am i must help others and to any extreme i will. i dont know if i said this yet but if i didnt here it goes.
if your new and need to help with you concentration. do this. go through out your day and spend an hour, doesnt matter witch one, just do it and write down all the things you (see, hear, taste, smell, touch) ring a bell to anyone. its the five sences of human life. write these things down and think about them before you go into meditation. imagine how these things tased, looked like, smelled like, felt like and so on. this way when you go into meditation you will have a one track thought on what your doing. this will help you concentrate on your work in the center. then you need to once again as i know i have said concentrate on breathing along with no more thoughts in your head, by this time you should not be thinking about the day or anyting else. you should know it by now, thgese things can be kept in a journal, or even in your book of shadows. know what your mind set once. dont think a question, or thought, or experience you had. know the experience thought or question, this will keep it farther in the back of your mind. then when you make it into meditation you will have the peace you need, your mind will be at rest and you will be ablew to begin your journey to enlightenment. you need to keep yourself calm, and out in the open. anger frustration and even pleasure are not what you want right now, you can punch a wall, bitch and complain, or get laid later. this is your place of learning and life. this is where i developed my powers in the psychee, and the magic of energy transfer and fields. i klnow it sounds like balogna but to those who know me its damb true. i hqave kept my mind as peacefull as possible for as long as possible, but there are points when even me myself cant take the world around me. and i explode with force spouting out my energy left and right. i know i also have flaws but by helping you i will help myself, if my students if i have any real ones suceed in this quest i have put for them, then i myself can better my situation by learning new controll techniques, but until my adining students can control there own power and energy ion the world of gala that i have set for them the i will make no further advancement myself. there is always apunishment for this and i will suffer from the loss of enlightenment, but at least i will have enlightened you all, all of my students all of my occult.
this has been a lesson from the teacher. the one and only prison psychotic pagan teacher i the world. or at least in mine.

I'm not so much sure that my problem is in clearing my head as it is keeping the control once I get somewhere. I feel something, but then I lose it once I realize its happening.
Well, there's always band camp for some actual learning. Enough free time for that there. If you can tear yourself away from Meg long enough (heh). Hey, bread is a good time for me...a-woodle-oo-doo, singing bread is a good time for EVERYbody...

Once you become comfortable with the knowledge there is more about... You will be able to relay that information between concious and subconcious states, without the shock that severs that connection.
Give it time. When it becomes accepted by both states, you can analyse further...
And Lover2No1, aka Shrek, it is quite possible to meditate without a clear mind. Just the thoughts constraining the meditation themselves need to be clear... Meditation, after all, is nothing more then an active stimulation of the subconcious mind.
But from one who seems to have control as the primary reason for his learning, I would expect nothing less. Control self before any other... And make sure self is only controlled by self, at all time...

thats true, band camp will be alot of fun now, ill be green, ill be mean, and ill be medita-ting. oh well i tried. but back to my topic at hand.
meditation: to seak answers from the center being of the goddess in you. inside you are the answers to all your questions and your problems it is up to you to find them inside you, meditation is the way that has been taught for centuries to do this. great prophicies, and visions were sen in this state of being. people around like me, and other people you know dave, have the power of scry through the visions in meditation. once awakened you will be at more peace with your energy and problems will drift away, but there will be stalling points everywhere you go if you dont keep it going. meditation is not a gift of the rituals, it is actually a practice just like the thing its based on. all the answers as i say can be found, and evenm the ones you dont want to know, wich is why to save you for now i want you only to base on one topic. know your question and your real problem if thats what you want help with, then go into meditation and seek the answers from yourself and from the elders of gala. (no not the video game, this is my sanctuary thus the place or area i use in my teachings) peace and tranquility to all. in this you will find all. in my mediataion to be more comfortable with my energy i have learned the ability of shapeshifting. i go to my place gala, or as i found the ability first (astroplane) and i shapeshift my inner being and energy into one pure form, a waterbased lion orange fur with a blue flame maine and tail, with a deep purple mists around it. may sound gay to you but my power in this form is at its truest and purest form.
find your inner thrength first. dont move on to this technique because you will become confused and your energy will backfire. for now just keep with the meditating, and the energy control i talk about along with the thought control over your mind for easier meditation, and conciousness against your pure form.
may sound like japaneese to you but to me its a real peice of work. | |

sorry about my last post it got messed up. what i think i was saying was that the peace and tranquility of your lonelyness may not be the only way for you to reach your state of meditation. maybe for people like you and a couple others you need to be ina group you trust with your power as it builds. all you need do is ask if you know me i will help just about anyone. especially in this matter because you people are starting to drive me nutz. after like 2-3 weeks of telling you how to do this you still havnt gotten it. im really not mad but i am a teacher so i must demean. lol. so anyway for those of you who have been able to keep up with the lessons i have posted so far now i will move on a little bit to something used for relaxation of the body, mind, and the sences, (i base alot on the sences because they will be your techer when i am finished with you)
when you enter your center try and vizualize a stream, a realistsic one not with pretty colors or fish with wings that to much. your reality should be based on this one but the matrix can only be changed to a point where your reality becomes a fantasy and then your just dreaming. vizualize something youve seen before clean dirty, rocks and fish. the grass patches around the sides of the banks, and the bugs even floating over it. now follow the stream for a while and try to get caught somewhere when the stream meets another going in the opposite direction so they slam together, the chaos will ease your mind more than you think. now try to get the image of a whirlpool started from this. follow the whirlpool untilo you feel like your going to be sick then go in it. jump right in and from there your imagination can go wherever you want. just remember nothing to stupid. | |

also dont forget to learn to walk before you jump off the roof and fly. dont try to rush things. dont try to control energy before you can control yourself. later on i will include my lessons on energy unleashing and transfer(sometimes confused with throwing) im sorry but for those of you who are so consumed with the thought of being able to create energy in physical form, try to understand what your getting into whe you do it. like some people i know (baby) this message also goes out to those of you who i have previously talked to. dont jump off the roof before you can climb up on it. thats about all you can say about this. if you have any questions about that topic right now and need help dont hesitate to ask but remember i will know if you can meditate and therfore if you lie i will not help.:p  | |

from the pisture above you can tell what this one is about.
yesterday night i myself was not at peace, i have been tormented by the sudden thought of starting my life a new, and i dont want to. so i spoke my oppinion and was shut down to the ground. hard. get out is what i was told work it out with your mother. and then after that i went on a walk with my new terroristic tarets to speak to me. i stopped at a old spot of mine to meditate and clear my head, and what i saw after i entered gala was not what i wanted to.
i saw chaos, mass amounts, death all around. a battle between pagan and druid, wiccan and left hand. it was awfull. i myself was torn into this battle, my energy drained low. i was badly injured, and then in the corner of my eye i saw you. i saw the man that has left me for over a year. my father was there beside me crying. i stopped my battle and started to run to him, it was no use, he was just to far away. i was grabbed by my pursuer and just then i came out of meditation, and i found myself standing on a pipe on the side of the bridge looking down upon the dark tracks below me. this was not pleasant. i looked and held on to the fence, but then inlooke again at the peace that was there. i was ready. i let go with one hand and hung from the fence, dangling on to life, but thn i thought of him, and her who i will not says name. and i pulled myself back up to the pipe and crawled over the fence. this all happened about 12 last night.
you must try to be clear or things will happen to you youb wish not to see. apparently i was not the opnly one to enter gala and see a battle. 3 others have also called me describing the fight. and it astonishes me. the connection we have through this lighted world to the matrix in the center of us is amazingly strong. we are the connections holdoing each other together.
when you try to meditate again, try to stay at calmness all the time remember breathing, quite, and comfortable are what you should be and that is how you want to be when you do this. i know my mindless ranting may not make sence butbit lets you know why to find a place low to the ground because your mind does not controll you after this. your being is you, your center is you, the matrix is us.  | |

its been awhile sence i have been in here.
but look. has anyon ebeen reading my teacvhings probably not.
heres somethiung more to think about. all your ways to get into gala are bnot restricted to shapes and peacefull thigs. you can meditate to anything you are comfortabkle with. some forms of start determine the path you take in meditation. personaly, lately i have been going in with questions on sex. not just the act there of, but the parts of it, like four play, oral, phisical. i know not knowledge most wat to hear, but hey i am the teacghewr and i must hold nothing back from the ppl that i can help. if you need help with this subject you can do it this way. i believe i have regained some lost knoledge. and it may not be used but hey its knoledge and relaxing to my mind so theres no harm in it iehter.

ok im buddist so ill try to help,the aim of meditation is to think of absolutely nothing at all, wich is actualy impossible but that the aim, u need to give you mind a place were it can rest and think off nothing, so sit comptably on floor and simply count your breathing, breth in 1 breath out 2 breath in 3 and so on just to 10 watch youre thoughts if you start to think about something stop and start again keep doing it untill calm, also burn lavender in room as close to u as u can the vapure will calm and help alot good luck, if u want to no more, occupier@btinternet.com | |

I say each to their own. When I feel the need to meditate or just destress I lie on my wooden floor in silence for a few minutes. Works for me. SHelps my dodgy joints a bit as well  LUCAS:Joe, I think its gonna be ok
