Ok here goes for the last year and a half I have been smitten with a dear freind, she has always been in heart from the day I met her even though we both have been in relationships with other people. I have never had such a connection to another person as I do with her, we love the same music, movies, art, share similar spritual beliefs the list goes on . So much so that I have come to firmly believe that she is the one person custom designed by the universe for me. We are on the same wavelength to the point of thinking the same thing at the same time I wont even go into uor "soulmate thereoy" disuccion last week..... Right YAY mike has found love BUT heres the thing she is a lot younger than I am by 10 years but she is waaay beyond her age. I have been instructed to wait for her when she matures a bit more ( she is 20, just so I can dispell the pedofile vibe some of you are getting OK!). I am happy to carry on for a couple of years being her friend I feel lucky to even BE her friend and she is worth it! I was thrown a real curve a while back when I was going to tell her how I felt truly and she had started dating a guy she works with my heart broke because I thought it would begin that day but it was not to be .
Now that I know what needs to be done I am seeking relationships with other women and will rely on what fate will bring until the time is right for me and her. But here is my question how do I pass the time( a possible 2 years?) I love her with a burning senastion and not just sexual ( she is actualy the direct opposite of what I once thought was sexy!!!) its more of like when you know you are absolutly right, you know the truth of a thing (true love?) any way how can I be there for her and not fuck up is what I'd like to know
I get a liitle hyper and manic some times and get pressured by the NOW if you know what I mean (ahhh sweet Paxil takes it all away...)
um play video games, chat i dont know try breakdancing i got bored so i learned and know i have something to do or just go insane thats fun as hell

I guess...you have to try to push it away....you create fate my friend.......but one day she will realize how much you are...if you are a truly great friend....and that will be the beginning of a great chapter in your life.....or you will learn to be happy for her and just know that her happiness is much more than your own.
Yes I have always felt that way, I would be happy for her if she found a true love with some one else It would kill me but id carry on im used to rejection and heart break but I will always be there for her . I belive we will always be great freinds even if we endup with different people. We are joined in the mind atleast (she's a Virgo Im an aqaurius)

its hard. trust me. you will wake up some nights crying because she isnt' ther. you will miss her at odd times of the day. you will occasionally think of her while doign something else. the only thing you can do is carry on with your life and call her once a week or so. and if she cares same for you that you do for her. then she wont mind and will call you occasionaly. its possilbe. and will pass time.

T.Y Darklameth that is the best advice on this matter I have heard! We are freinds, goood freinds and hangout, and chat on MSN but I always try to at least once a week, like you say, to send her either a special email, call her or visit her at work(free pizza!!!).I only do ONE of these things a week, dont want to seem obsessive. Like last night I good 2 hour phone conversation with her so that just made my week!!!
my advice: Start playing DDR www.ddrfreak.com is a good resource to get started....it may seem gay-ish at first, but its awesome and very addicting......plus nothing else draws the crowds at the arcade like DDR.
