| How do I make up for something I did....... -

One of my dearest frinds invited me to her birthday celebration, and I didn't show. Due to two reasons, one; I had to go get her a present, I didn't want to look cheap, two; While I was out shopping for her present I told my brother to call her to tell me where to meet her at, but when he called they hung up on him. It's not just that I miised her celebration, it's the fact that I always used to make exuses to not go to her house, I'm afraid she's going to think that I don't like her or that I'm unreliable. Please Help.

I gave her the present and she seemed to like it, but then she got pissed off at me again (For knocking over her desk while she was sitting in it, in a teasing kinda way).
