Ok this just sux but ya My friend of 7 years found out I was bi and just like that he hates me. Why do people do this? I mean we where the BEST of friends. He just says im going to hell cause of it BUT he goes out and drinks and smokes and has sex with all kinds of girls. So WHAT is that im not christian but aren't those sins? because the idea of same gender relationships makes ppl scared because they have been implanted with the information/ especially if religoes that it is beyond wrong. i know gay ppl and bi ppl and have no problems, i dont like when they hit on me and shit but other than that i have no beef man. hey if you happy then so be it man. if not then so be it. but ppl like that no matter what the trials and tribulations you are the better man, dont retaliate, dont comment just live and let live. stay on karmas side and live as you will.

I think most guys are "homophobic" cause they are scared they might be homo or bi.
My friend way back in HS always acted homophobic, and later I found that he actually fantasized about guys almost as much as girls.

i do have to agree with what have you have said there... i do find that very confusing my self... like when other women may come across someone that happens to be like... they don't like it or they go off with other women and do there own gay or bi thing... that is another thing i don't understand... oh well i see this world as a one big giant circus... its like that with the men to... i guess the reason is cause they don't want it to be a serious thing or have anything to do with you... so they run off with other people that don't take it seriously *shrugs*

i dont understand it one bit. its not like being attracted to the same sex makes you any less of a person in anyways. people user the whole "Adam and Eve" argument to justify themselves but thats a crock of shit. people are people, simple as that. having a penis doesnt make you who you are. love is more than sexual attraction, it is attraction to the mind and personality.

Yeah.. the whole.. men don't like gay men, and women don't like gay women, is probably at least in part due to the fact that gay people of the opposite sex won't affect them. People seem to think that gay/bi people will attack everyone of the same gender for sex, or something. Or maybe they're afraid they're gay/bi too.. so the threat is that way.. *shrugs* it's early, I didn't get enough sleep, I can't make proper sense..

I dun actually get how people get freaked out by gays. I mean... if they fear getting hit on or something, just think about it like how you would brush off an unwanted advance of someone of the opposite sex. If we'd simply own up to the fact that what they are feeling is perfectly normal and all right, most such incidents could be prevented.

I don't think there would be a higher rate of sex crimes committed by gays than there are committed by heterosexuals. Actually, I think that is the case already. Gays just tend to get more bad press because of society's bias against them.

Some guys get really offended or outraged if a gay man makes a pass at them. Grow up. This is no different than a straight man flirting with or coming on to a woman, and it is harmless. You should simply but pleasantly inform them that they have mistaken your sexual orientation. More often than not, they will be horribly embarrassed and apologize profusely. It's certainly nothing to get upset about. In fact, you ought to feel flattered: at least someone found you attractive

People are afraid of changes...different ideas that is not fit in a society..terrifies them. But do not worry, things will change, as the new generation takes over.

It could be 2 things

1) He could feel strange. Wehn My best mate told me he was Gay i was a little shocked. It did take me time to get used to the idea. Although I didn't go all ballistic madman however.

2) if he's really worth a shit, he'll come aorund. If he doens't he's not worth a shit so kick his ass to the crub and find yourself some real friends.

That's absolute shit. I'm a Christian and I know that it's all about admitting that you're human and therefore morally screwed and that the only way to escape hell is to trust in Jesus.

I come from a very understanding church, and I spoke to my youth pastor once about the fact that I'm bi. He was really cool about it, very loving and accepting.
