Alright, I've been with my current girlfriend for 5 months now. May 26th was our five month anniversity. It's been a really good relationship. No fights, no complications, all in all very good.
The only problem I have at the moment is that I had a this dream. The night before the 26th, I had a dream that I was cheating on my girl. Now I'm not one who would ever do this, and even in my dream, I kept saying that I shouldn't be doing this, this is wrong and so on. Now if it helps you to help me, I know who the girl is. I had a class with her this year at University, but the chances are, I'll never see her again, since I'm changing schools and I don't have any means of contacting her again. Also, it isn't like I was really attracted to her this year either.
So tell me, does this mean anything. I don't know what to take on this. Seriously asking for your help here. I don't know what to think. If you need to ask me something to help me out, then I'd be more than happy to answer it.

Thle way I see it, you will meet someone in the future and you will have the choice of cheating her or not. Or that girl will contact you and you will have the choice again.

Your dreams dont have meaning, theyre just pieces of your days events and subconcious all scrambled up in your brain to make a picture show at night.. ive been dating my girlfriend for over a year and i still get an occaisonal "cheat" dream i usually just disregard them, likewise my girlfriend ALSO gets those kind of dreams, they really dont mean anything, but maybe you should feel refreshed that you felt guilty about it in your fream and when you woke up , it lets you know that you feel SOMETHING for this girl you were with for 5 months. But about the dream, i seriously wouldnt worry about it, everyone gets those occasionally. I was a little freaked out too the 1st time i had one but eventually i just stopped having them as i got closer and closer to her... youll be fine just dont bring it up its no big deal.
a lot of times its your deepest fears manifest in your dreams, ego/id stuff.... ive also had dreams where my girlfriend had cheated on me, or has died, or moved far away .... its natural to dream bad things, we define our happiness through how miserable it does or doesnt make us...
no offense to any of you. but sometimes do signify something usually a warning, premonition, or just something that you should have picked up on the first time but missed. other times dreams are just jumbles of our unconsciousness, our 'other selves' our 'mind memory dump' or just our 'id' kicking in and manifesting a desire that you have deep down. a 'what if' type of desire. this might account for your having dreams of her. but i do agree with edge more than the others. only one way to find out though. just rem for every ripple we make there is a counter ripple eventually. thats my piece.
