everyone has a limit to how much stress they can take. try to know your dad's limits (without antagonizing him) and you'll know when to stay away so he won't "bite your head off"

or tell him to get the fuck off your case.

If she were to tell her father that. That would be a slap across the face. But i would just ignore it and carry on with your life. Your father will come around to you again Shattered.

I feel the same way sometimes shattered. But the worst part is that he makes fun of me just to piss me off. I tell him that he is pissing me off but he does nothing but laugh in my face

well Shy hun, the part that actually made me say that is when Dreamy said that he takes out his bad moods, or boredom in this case on her. I am sorry, but if someone takes out their bad mood on me, or gets on my case because they are bored, i dont care who they are, they will get whats coming to them. I cannot stand it when ppl take out thier moods on others.

When i was younger...like say 16... if my mom did that to me, i just told her to get the fuck off my case. It worked .... and now we get along just great. Sometimes you just have to stand up for yourself.

OK well i could see that there. I wish that i could do that when ever my mom is in one of her bitchy moods and takes it out on me sometimes. But i just don't say anything and i stay out of her way. But if it were other people oh yeah i will say that to. But parents man that is a little hard sometimes.

i wish i had the guts to say "get the fuck off my case" to my paternal grandparents. i hate them both and they do their absolute best to make my life hell. it pisses me off more than you can possibly know

You know why is it that grown ups could talk to us any way that they pleace but when we talk back to them in a harsh tone of a voice then they tell us not to talk to them like that? Do they expect us to just sit there and take it while being weak and little? Hell the fuck no but its so hard to come across that kind of a stage. If he didn't like the way that you watered his plants. Then i would of been all well why don't you water them your self if your so dam picky about the way i do it. But the bedroom thing it is his house and your bedroom is mainly his bedroom. Hate to say it but its true unless if your paying for your side in your room and such.
