I'm sure I have a major problem with this...

I blame myself for everything thats ever gone wrong in my life,
litterally everything

if something goes wrong and I'm involved I may not show it to other people involved but chances are I blame ME

I get jealous waaaay too much and I blame myself for it, its a stupid weakness.

so imagine what happens when others blame me... which it feels like most of the time anyway but when I'm sure of it... I end up almost crucifying myself...

its lost me love before.... scares me it will again... which makes me angry with myself.... which makes me feel guilty....

maybe I'm just a complete headcase....

i have told you a billion times hun....shit happens. as far as i know, not a lot of stuff has been your fault.

the jealous thing? (if ur female) its natural!!! if your jealous it just means your concerned try not to let it get out of hand. talk things out.
with the whole "losing your love" thing, my bf is the same way. sometimes he is so paranoid about losing me that it drives me mad! if you continues to be like this it will sooner or later effect you relationship. dont try so hard, be yourself, dont hold on so hard, GO WITH THE FLOW....and try and make this life a good one.

You aint a bloody headcase mate !Look , sometimes it is your fault for stuff sometimes it isnt .You cant go through your life thinking that it is you that is doing wrong all the time. Sometimes its just out of your control and there is nothing you can do. Yes sometimes it actually is your fault so you think about it it and get guilty about it but you cant keep holding on to the past, sometimes you just have to let go.
As for the jealousy its in human nature to be jealous, there would be something so wrong with you if you didnt get jealous now and again.

I hold the past to try and learn from it so I don't keep making the same stupid mistakes

trouble is by doing that I'm blaming myself for those mistakes
