I get these. Like a head rush, but I havent moved. dizziness, kinda hurts my eyes.

Can be caused by many factors.. But i believe that protein intake usually helps as a start..

Need more info to figure it out better.. is it just before/after you do ex-ersize, or after anything happens in paticular? Could be sinus' due to a change in air pressure/temp.
Make a note of what usually happens prior to one of these..
Say up to 30 minutes before.. See if theres a pattern that triggers then..

Have you tried taking vitamins, and trace minerals? They can help. And alot of people don't get enough of the trace minerals. A tablespoon of sulphered molasses can help, also.

its not od-ing on the computer because it happens at any time. I have stopped taking my vitamins, lazy girl. I am supposed to take calcium, magnesium, zinc, vit b, c and e and an all round multi vitamin. and I do eat!

I dont get much protein.. how much are you supposed to have?

two decent sized peanut butter sandwiches at least.. Since i couldn't intrest you in a nice juicy triple from wendy's...

Not supposed to eat bread or nuts or butter.

Try lean meat or fish - at least one meal a day.

And take your vitamins! Also, the Molasses is very high in trace minerals, and you can take a tablespoon of that dissolved in hot water at night. Any minerals you take should be taken at night, too. That is when your body repairs itself, which is what it uses the minerals for. Vitamins are for energy, and minerals for repair.

Make sure you're drinking a lot of water. 2L a day at least.

lay down for a while on a bed or a couch. then drink some cold water. after that try and get some sleep. i think that you should be ok.

LOL here's a solution: Buy good bottled water that doesn't. Simple. I doubt that bottled water is unhealthy for you and I don't see any evidence to support your statement either. Maybe it's just an American thing.

Why do that? Why drink water? It's way better than soft drinks or coffee, and you drink a lot more of it to keep yourself hydrated. Water keeps you healthy, helps you lose weight, keeps you hydrated and feeling good. Any doctor will tell you that, and if you disagree, go make a thread in the conspiracy forum.

Mountain Springs Bottled water company buys it's water(and has a direct pipeline to its plant from the treatment plant) after it's been standard treatmented by the Salt Lake City Water Department. It IS a matter of public record..
Evian was proven to be tap water filtered from a regular tap(kitchen sink type). Thats why they named it that.. Naive...
ALL bottled waters are treated by a water treatment plant BEFORE going to a bottling plant..
THATS WHY IT COSTS SO MUCH.... Your paying for both there costs and the city/county/state water costs..
Buy a water filtration device like Pur and put it on your kitchen tap.. same difference.. Actually, maybe better than bottled.. No overhead..LOL
