ive been enveloped in these odd episodes of depression, usually brought on by memories...

not really depression, just like...crying. im not gonna kill myself or anything. just feeling kinda sad.

no im not pregnant, no im not unhappy with my marriage, nobody died. just thinking back to a few years ago and remembering certain people i saw daily, well it makes me cry.

what the hell is wrong with me?

nothing is wrong with you. you just miss certain people you used to see daily is all. in that case get back in contact with those people. see if that will make you feel any better. instead of feeling sad/depressed ect.

Heres some advice: Don't let the bad things outweigh the good things, so there are some bad things running through your head that make you upset from time to time, there must be good things too, see if you can think of more good things than bad things, then maybe the sky might seem a little brighter tomorrow.

well i'm going to remember that one for myself. whenever something upsets me. from the inside of my own head.

It's a phase, it'll pass. Just like my nightmares about being in the Middle East, just takes time.
