Well I have'nt had problems with girls in a while.But thats just becuz I haven't been askin' them out.Hah.But I do know how to talk to them.

First off,shes a human being just like you.Talk to her like shes your long lost friend.You know her already,this is a mind trick for your mind.What you really need to do is feel comfortable.All humans can sense,and feel eachother.So,you don't want her to feel any wrong tension, or awkward vibes off of you.You've got to be comfortable around her,so she can be comfortable around you.

Break the ice with Humor.Any girl loves a guy that can make her laugh.Try not to sound cheesy, or try not to make it seem that your attempting to ask her out.You think shes an interesting person,and you simply just want to get to know her more.
If you go into the conversation with sex,sex,sex on the brain,your not going to get very far.In fact,thats what intimidates alot of guys in the first place.They are scared of a girls beauty,and physical attraction.But what it really is,is a duel of minds.

Music
Movies
Class (if you got school with her)
What do you do on the weekends?
What are you going to do,tonight?
(just use one of those filler topics,to lead to a more prominent one)

Ask the girl out
Do it,and Do it fast.But only after you have successfully executed the last two steps.If you have'nt,get your ass back there.I say,ask her out quickly,because you don't want to get lost in the Friend Zone.The Friend Zone is a huge mass of empty space,littered with millions upon millions of males (and in some cases,females) floating in mid-air.I kid you not,its quite fascinating.Anyway,you don't want her to think of you as a friend,and only a friend.You need to let her know,your interested in her.You want her to tell her friends "A guy came up to me,today",not "I met this real nice guy,today", or even worse.

Theres not much else to do after these tips.Don't think about it.When i say that, i mean,don't obsess over her,or the idea of going up to her.The more you think about it,the more your not going to do it."Theres always tomorrow" right?WRONG.
Overall,you need confidence.It is very much a self esteem issue.You think good about yourself,your going to make good progress.

I'm with Space ghost, but I believe that not only should you talk like a long lost friend, be her friend. Endeavor to share all that you are with her. Women need to feel needed, wanted and desired; on a sexual and on an intimate level. And no, they're not the same.

I like honesty, because I'm an honest person and if you lie or fake then it shows you don't respect that person much, you don't think they will like you just for you.

Any decent woman in search of a relationship won't ditch you when things get a little stale, she'll think of ways to make it exciting again.

Evetually you will have to 'be yourself', and risk possible disappointement, so why not spare your feelings and be yourself from the start. Then at least she knows what she's about to get into rather than discovering six months down the line you're a completely different person.

Lots of people consider themselves undesirables, myself included, but (bizarrely) there are people who think I'm cute and like my personality. Some of my favourite people can't see what I see in them, what makes them great.

My point being don't be so despondent. There's nothing less attractive to hot chicks than misery.

when play time is over, and the girl is more serious minded, honesty is necessary, syb's is right that "six months" down the line, it's never any good to wake up and realize that your seriously involved with an illusion...those quickly get kicked to the curb and then it depends on the girl how she reacts after the fact...but it's all based on what you want from a relationship..

just fun for a time, be what she wants...make sure she understands that there's no serious intent, and enjoy...but if you're looking for serious relations, be yourself, be honest...and let her know that your intentions are for her.
