From time to time I thought of the War that way too, but not like "Wag the Dog." It's a movie where they make up a phony war to hide things the President doing. The way the War on Iraq looks to me is spending a lot of money, forcing the economy into a depression making it so that all the middle class and impoverished have to work as slave labor and the Federal Government takes more control over the USA than ever before. President Bush is way to out there on everything.

This is one of my many paranoid thoughts. Along with people are listening to me all the time with some kind-of listening devices. People are always watching me and someone is trying to kill me.

What do you think? Any advise on Paranoia?

well your first part i agree with, so i'm not going to suggest anything for that, otherwise i'd be admitting my own idiosyncrasies...

however for the fear of someone trying to kill you, that's something that you may want help with, talk to someone...there's ways of treating these issues, and there's more to it than paranoia...there's anxiety disorders, schizoid personalities(not schizophrenic yet ) and just general maladies that can be responsible for feelings like this...just talk to a proffessional...

Just remember, just because you're paranoid it doesn't mean they're not out to get you

Paranoia is just an overactive sense of self, while the paranoia might be annoying sometimes, it usually means you have a healthy level of self esteem.

Don't fight it, learn to live with it

Mmm Hmmm. . . . Mmm Hmmm. If I am not really paranoid then what? Okay, kidding on that one. It is better to just go on with life than get sucked into some uncontrolable situation either way. For example you don't stalk someone you suspect of stalking you, because then you are a stalker.

Paranoia seems to be a good inspiration

You know i have that as well. Where you feel like someone is trying to kill you. I only feel that way at night time for some reason when i go to sleep. But i lock my door and i sleep with a knife under neath my pillow incase someone tries to fuck with me.
Other nights i don't have this kind of attack. While some nights i do have this kind of attack. Soon i'll sleep with a gun under neath my pillow or i'll keep it under neath the matress making sure that its loaded and ready.

I don't know what to tell you that could help you on this. But i would say this try and calm down a bit and not worry so much about who is trying to kill to you. If you think that someone is trying to kill you. Think of who is it and try to think why a person would come after you in the first place.

I have never thaught of doing this for my self. But i don't think that i really need to. I think all this is really in are heads to begin with. Cause either wise we wouldn't be thinking about this in the first place.

You might be right. I don't know. The big problem as far as I can tell is being a model as a teenager. You see people will come across at me with these big attitudes about things I didn't do. A lot of guys liked me so if someone thought I was the competition they would just start a rumor about me. Quite frankly it's all out of control. I don't even know what could have been said about me anymore.

It's funny. I was talking to someone about some weird things going on over in California. They told me this story about how people were pulling guns out on eachother and later that night they saw a naked girl running down the street. They picked her up and dropped her off at home.

The next day someone told them the naked girl was a NARC. Thinking about it that's just bullsh*t. If she really was no one would have messed with her like that. Police go after cop killers hardcore. They all defend themselves. If she really was the house where it happened would have been surrounded by cops the next day.

It seems to me they were trying to defend their f*cked up actions towards and innoccent girl. Who knows how it all started? I guess you'd be strange if you weren't paranoid.

Well if you are still modeling try and get your self out of it. If you think that your life is in danger. Try and do something that is new for you in life. As i have read what you just said to me. You have said that you have heard a story that came from another person about a girl right. Why would you believe them in the first place? I don't believe what they said to you was true anyways. I think that someone is trying to make you crazy by speading these stories around. But yeah try and calm down and not to worry about it.

Are you in an agency or clique?

I used to be a kind of uncle figure (even though we were all the same age wimmin) to a little clique of models, I was the shoulder to cry on and the one who kept them grounded, see if you can find someone like that.

The level of rejection you recieve in modeling can lead to you being over-introspective which can lead to other emotional problems.

Sit down with a pen and paper (you need to get the problem from your emotional brain to your logical brain) and work out what the root of this problem is then step on it

When I modeled I had an agent, took training and had professional photographs taken of me. It was like I was popular, because I wasn't. Not in school or really anywhere else. It made my friends jealous though. They didn't know it wasn't that big of a deal, as long as you are serious about being there and making money.

Now there are all kinds of people angry at me and I have to admit that my old friends are behind it. They would say mean things about me and some of it would circle back to me, but then they just started to outright lie trying to be popular.

Come to think of it I wasn't even that popular when modeling. Men would just objectify me. At first I felt hallow about it, like oh well, but now I feel threatened. They are my enemies now, because they just don't care about me, my future or my feelings. I don't know what to do. Unless they break a law like steeling or tresspassing I can't even have them arrested. I already tried reporting it to the police. It is so funny how somewhat kind-of alright memories can be misqued. For the most part after the treatment I have had I would rather die than date any of the men I met back then. Probably just hurt them first though. Thinking of them as nice and wanting to date has gone to serious thoughts of hurting them violently if they approach me. It isn't a good feeling.

I thought about going back and even got offered another job on the weekend. Declining the offer, it is probably better to lay low.

Why dont you try moveing some where and not let anyone know, make a clean start for your self? It sounds like your thinking about it tomuch though, try and find something that would take your mind off of things if your not willing to move.

I don't think they objectified you in the classical sense, it's probably more like thay saw you as a trophy.

Saying "my girlfriend is a model" earns them immediate brownie points with their mates.

One iron rule to live your life by (ok it's hard sometimes but stick to this and you will always comeout on top)

Never settle.

You know what you want, get it.
Don't settle on a particualr guy because he's there and you're lonley.
Don't settle on a job because you're broke and it's there.
Don't settle into a reclusive way of life because it's easier at the time.

It's perfectly fine to try any of those things but while you're in the situation, if a way up comes along, grab it.

You could take the job to tide you over while you look for a better one.

If you're in a bad situation, as long as you know you're not going to settle for it and are just waiting for a way out, it will keep you sane.

Don't lay low because of what others think, if you wan't to lay low because of what you think that's fine but don't settle

that really sucks that yor friends would turn on you like that. obviously they weren't true friends to begin with. i have a couple of friends who model and i'v never even thought to judge them, in fact i encourage them to follow their dreams. that's how a true friend would act, not superficial people who call themselves your friend to add to the number of friends on their list to become more popular, which i believe is a paradow in and of itself.
