You feel suicidal off of antidepressants? You all should have my meds, they make you afraid of death... Anxious, Paranoid, Delusional... All about death and it's not pretty... But I did make a VALID attempt at suicide so Im afraid of death now anyway.... The Carbamazipine doesn't help though...

Carbamazipine... It stops me from taking seizures... Im epileptic you see... I tried other pills for my condition but they just like... Made me act all sketchy... But then, my carbamazipine does too... Whilst others can come off their pills, I have no choice but to take them so I take really bad anxiety attacks and get insomnia because it just fucks around with my brain chemistry... Whats stranger is that my pills are appently used to treat patients with bipolar... Which is fucked up because they give me a totally opposite reaction.... Might be the epilepsy though... I dunno... *shrugs*

Im not on any medication but I do have panic attacks and insomnia. Thouht the insomnia had gone away, obviously not. I think a lot of my problems are down to stress though. I refuse to take any pills.

Abstract .... stress will certainly do that to you, among many other worse things .... but I, like you, refuse to take any pills for it. They have been pushed upon me many times throughout life, by parents, docs etc etc... but I refuse, I am not afraid of death, but I am afraid of side effects .... go figure.
