LOl actually ate decent today..
Salisbury steak W/mac-n-cheese. Then later Mushroom chicken, sweet-n-sour pork, egg fried rice.. ( made by a co-workers sister for me for switching shifts with her! ) Nothing says thank you better than authentic Chinese food delivered to you hot!!

Yum, homemade is best.  I cook our meals from scratch everyday; this is what I ate today.
Breakfast:
shredded wheat with sliced banana and skim milk
hot tea with honey
nonfat latte
Lunch:
black beans with green chiles,
guacamole,
and Mexican beef
in a tortilla
Snack:
ambrosia apple with peanut butter
Dinner:
roast chicken
acorn squash
Ceasar salad

Jamaican-style French toast:
Thickened cream and two eggs, beaten, with a dash of rum (ideally Jamaican rum, but I chose Bacardi), cooked in a bed of melted butter in a fry pan.
And, whatever cream mixture you have left over, pour it into the frypan either beside the toast or separately, and you´ve got yourself rum-flavoured Scrambled Eggs

breakfast - egg white omelette with some thinly sliced turkey, roma tomatoes, baby spinach leaves, mushrooms, and sharp cheddar
granola with soy milk
smoothie made from soy milk, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, 1 banana, strawberries, blueberries, ice
brunch - turkey sandwich with colby jack cheese and roma tomatoes on whole wheat bread and a fuji apple, and a bunch of water
lunch - brown rice, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, chicken breast, all mixed up with a touch of soy sauce and shredded cheese
dinnerish - I dunno, I'm contemplating sushi. I loves me some sushi.
