Oh, well then Stevia is approved by me. Never heard of it before though. Sounds very potent.
I think it is around 14 hours of flying time from New York to New Zealand. You have to stop off on LA on the way too. Just let me know, I think 14 hours should be enough time to prepare!
I haven't had anything to eat yet. Sad huh? I'm planning on scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, onions and hash browns. My bf is driving our flatmates to the airport right now, so when he comes home we will feast!
.....hungry....stilll hungry.... have you seen my marbles?

I'm making a bowl of oat bran. This brand is good (Arrowhead Mills).
Last night, we went to a local Greek festival. I got a little hors d'oeuvres platter that had dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), spanakopita (spinach rolls), tiropites (cheese puffs), some little cup of something that looked like hummus that I don't remember the name of, a few olives and some feta cheese and Greek meatballs. Then I brought home one piece each of bakalava, melomakarona, and galactoboureko, because we've never really tried any of them. My fiance had a gyro and some of these other things that are called loukoumades, which are sort of like small donuts. A pita with some hummus around lunch, then a bowl of chickpeas with some odd dressing concoction I made up, and water, and now I'm drinking apple cider and thinking of something else to have before I leave for class since I won't get back until late. Dozen Hotdogs, no bread. Coffee. Thanks to you guys I'm trying Splenda instead of rat canceratin' amounts of aspartame. I would like to try Stevia next. It is a well-known fact: Any male's computer left unattended for any period of time will spontaneously generate porn for no apparent reason.

Stevia is in your local health food store. A good brand is Sweet Leaf/Wisdom Natural Brands.
I've had an egg on whole grain bread with some dijon and mayo for breakfast, and some bean/hot pepper/yogurt/salsa mixture with some corn chips and Ak-Mak crackers for lunch and of course my water.
I like doing the egg thing. If you are short on time in the morning to make something, just throw an egg into a bowl, scramble it, microwave for about one minute. I am not a big fan of microwavable food, though this is good in a rush. "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Jung

Plain yogurt, and then for lunch some weird sandwich of natural rye bread, hummus, romaine, tomato, and onion. I've of course had water, and now I am drinking this funky POM brand pomegranate lychee green tea thingie. *points to Manifesto's choices above*
I haven't had either of those in a LONG LONG time, and I wouldn't even touch the Mountain Dew, though a Reuben does sound tasty. I like sauerkraut.
All I had so far is a glass of chocolate soy milk. I'll eat later when I'm done resting. "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Jung

Mountain Dew used to be my favorite drink until I read a rant on "brominated vegtable oil" that made me give it up. Now I go through about 4 liters of diet Dr. Pepper a day.
Breakfast: two cups of V8 and a fresh pear -bring on the carbs! It is a well-known fact: Any male's computer left unattended for any period of time will spontaneously generate porn for no apparent reason.

I just made an omelet with hot banana peppers and onions and I put some ketchup and spices on it.
The closest things I drink to soda are probably seltzer water and very occasionally ginger ale. If I do drink it, it's very very very seldom and not a lot, and never cola. "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Jung

I have a huge group of cans on my desk at work b/c the recycling bin is upstairs and it's too much trouble to take a can up every time I go. Do you ever stop to think about how much $ 4 liters per day costs though? I have to quit every once I awhile b/c I feel guilty about it.

I'm a believer and have put to the test that input = output. I do what I can to stay as nutritionally sound as possible because if I don't, well, let's just say it's helped me a LOT to make sure that my nutrients are balanced. For example, I used to take medications that I don't seem to need anymore.
Tack on for the rest of the day:
a fried chicken salad (that is, a salad with chicken on it), some yuca (cassava) chips, some palmeritas, and a piece off a Cadbury Fruit & Nut bar, and more water. "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Jung
