Well thats good. You shouldn't desire to be thin, but neither should you be fat. the ideal body type has a bit of a curve going around the low torso, or the lower torse curves out.

That's what you deem to be the ideal body shape... There are many great looking women out there whose bodies don't do that.

I had normal breakfast and the 4 clementines for a snack which realy didn't agree with my system so I think I'll be gentle with it and have liquids only or very bland smushy food for the rest of the day. Poor digestive tract.

Actually, this diet coke isn't going to help, but I need the sweetness.

i've had; a packet of special k lightbites. a mc chicken sandwich, a cheese/ham toastie and a icecream cone.

Hourglass is just the most fertile body shape, and subconsciously more attractive to some men for this reason, however seeing as we're no longer primarily concerned with carrying on the human race it's not something all men find appealing.

Usual breakfast, few more nuts and seeds than usual, today is going to be a 'hungry' day.

last night: chicken filets cut up and marinated in sate sauce, later on mixed in mushrooms, corn, paprika and taugé (soybean??), served with rice and cucumbersalade

today: toast with paturain (french herb cremecheese)
