for a few months i was atarving myself and thought about it every day.Now recently i sopke to someone about this and decided to diet again the right way!So everyone was telling me i have to do it the right way.I just couldnt.I guess i couldnt...for two days i had a consumption of about 140 caloreies.Today i had some pizza (1),gum (5 cals a peice) and doritos and a vanilla soda.I was soo upset afterwards and now im not eating for a couple of days.I kinda miss the weak feeling.in a sick way...but after i ate i tried to make myself throw up.Does anyone know exactly why i couldnt .I know my whole hand then the two fingers dow pretty far.i could feel the end of my throat.Please help.

starving yourself won't help anything, mentally, physically or emotionally. if you want to lose weight then you need to cut out the doritos and replace it with something healthy like a banana or an orange. try to stick with foods that aren't high in saturated fat like chicken or fish and try eating some oatmeal for breakfast. fat is still a necessary part of your diet, but make sure it's mono-unsaturated fat and poly-unsaturated fat. it can be hard to change your diet so don't feel like if you mess up once that the whole thing is going down hill, just pick up from where you left off. another thing that's important is to start working out. watching calories and eating low fat items isn't going to work miracles on it's own. try including some cardio active activities in your day. i read some where that if you have above 15% body fat and you want to lose weight then you need to do 20 min. of cardio, 3 times a week. another thing to keep in mind is that the body doesn't change immediately, it takes time and it takes persistence, but it gets easier and easier the longer you do it. hang in there, you'll be fine.

I'm kinda in that position right now but I've been eating a bit more as I am quite ill at the minute ( chest infection , dizzy spells, going hot and cold e.t.c. e.t.c.) I've found a good site that might help you I'll try and find it again. You couldn't throw up because your not sopposte to. DUH (dont take as criticism) your body is your temple, treat it right. instead of starving yourself and throwing up, try diet and exercise. if you feel that down about your appearance then you feel bad about yourself. look around you, try and find out what is causing this negative energy.
my best friend is over weight and she is more comfortable in her body than i am in mine! the goddess made you the way you are, but she also gave you the power to change w/out hurting yourself.

I appreciate it all.Alot of you do think I need help but no I dont.I have been eating lately,although I shouldn't be.I dont know...some strange feeling has possessed my mind.Love or something.Overcoming my mind and not letting me be depressed(cut) or starve.Of course 2 months from now it will only end up in pain.I hope not.But when i did starve myself for that 3 month or 4 month period i exercised everyday.sometimes 3 hours at once walking.I did the 3 hr thing when i didnt exercise the day before....a feeling of stupidity and laziness i suppose.But you people cant say I "need help" EDGE,you dont know me.Its the pathedic internet,not real lyfe.But thanx 2 all of you.I was surprised by all the comments.

You are right. I do not know you. I just know what you have posted here. A) you cut yourself. You let yourself starve. C) You are depressed. D) You only end up in pain.

Now you are here asking your advice, right? I am not an expert on psychology or medicine. So I just told you that you need help. Which in my opinion it is true.

I have been like you are: depressed, cutting, anorexic etc.
I got so severely told off by my friends it was embarrasing and they got me better again. Every time I relapse they flip out and yell at me. That brings me out of orbit and back to reality.
Eat food, it's goooood.
Don't cut, scars are nasty.
Being happy is better than being miserable.

ok sweetie... the inability to puke is probably your body's way of not letting you hurt yourself anymore... a subconscious thing... an eating disorder could kill you... the same with cutting.
