Surely it is up to the individual whether or not they wish to designate themselves a satanist? After all the concept of all non Christians being satanists was invented by the Christian right to justify putting them to the sword or burning them at the stake...

i have never read anything by her as wel bro, guess she is just one of those people that think they are recognized by there name. also i am curious if she is a satanist and what kind of one as well.

i hate when people do that.... take a broad generalized statement and think that it is directed at them..... as well as avoid a direct question.... I am patiently awaiting an answer though.... if she is a satanist I would as well like an explanation..... some people think the LaVayans are the end all and be all of satanism.... which is kind of silly....

i have meet and talked to few myself that were like that and they were shocked to find out my views and that i didn't fit into there modern view of stuff. They asked me what i believed in, explained it to them and surprisinly they were cool with me and my views. thought it strange coming from people that went at anyone who was all "HAIL SATAN" and shit like that.

Ok. Yes, Dyshade I am a satanist, I'm sorry that wasn't clear in my last post. I really only meant my original remark to be light-hearted and not to be some self absorbed diva, believing that the world revolves around me.

When I said yes in my last post I meant it in response to your question, and I thought my religion would be obvious in the first place since I was responding directly to your jab at Satanists. Again, sorry, my fault.

Crypt- I'm 'La Veyian', but not hard-core, I've very much only scratched the surface of this but so far modern satanism appeals to me more than any other religion and certainly more than any other type of satanism I've encountered. Secondly, I haven't been posting that often recently so I'm not suprised you don't know/remember me, once again my assumptions have led me into trouble.

So far I've never had a conversation with any Satanist whom I've thought was serious or understood the supposed edicts of their own darn faith.

Disturbingly enough I've met Pagans and Wicca who were more bona fide, I'm not kidding Pagans and Wicca people!

do you need to believe or worship satan to be a satanist? no, another myth people believe to be true about it. so honestly, you thinking it is a religion is what i find funny, maybe next time you'll ask me why i think it is and not just attack me and my opinion because you happen to share a different one.
