i just recently got married and before we were married jonesE and i had wonderful hot sweet sex at least 3 times aday and well now I'm lucky to get it once a day,
not really self conciuos but could it be that i have gained so much wieght being pregnant or i dont know what else to think.
i mean i was 115 before and now five months later i'm 145 or so, is that really that bad?

Okay so you're 5 months pregnant? Well...the further into pregnancy the more likely that you could go into premature labor from having sex. I could be wrong though...

really cuz my ex and i had sex all the way up until my daughter was born and she was 2 weeks late,

I guess i really shoudn't let it bother me to much because my hubby is my best friend we still share everything but it's just odd especially since I was in alaska until nov. 11 and we hadn't seen each other in 2 months.

Also, you should try for the more slow/soft sex during this time frame, as the 'forceful' sexual interaction may Cause a breach in the embryonic sac surrounding the baby. Causing premature birth.

Hmm, 115-145 isn't that great a deal during a full pregnancy.. Hmm, but a 5 months, i might think that you may be eating slightly more, and not getting the necessary exercise that you need during the pregnancy.. That is, of course, if you happen to be under 5' 5". If your that height, or greater, than you probably are reaching normal weight area now. LOL



As stated before.. Ask your doctor about the weight gain vs pregnancy, and the sexual activities.
I remember having sex with Fellik's mom a few days before she gave birth to him.. We had asked the doctor and midwife about problems arising from having sex during the pregnancy..

yeah i know it's kind of alot of wieght but i only eat 3x a day and my husband and I are managers/only employees of a resort so i actually exercise a good amount, it was way worse w/ my daughter i gained a shamful 95 pounds but a lot of it was actually water and baby she wieghed 10 pounds at birth, i'm happy to say the wieght gain hasen't been that bad.

I mean i gave up drinking smoking weed and ciggarettes not that I'm complaining i want everything about my son to be as perfect as i can help it be, but when we are siiting after work and he starts getting buzzed it seems the only thing i can think about is how much i despise him for it and also how much i would love a nice cold frosty black butte at that moment.
but it's also that from past experience i want nothing like that around my newborn angel and i'm really going need his help with Jacan but will not allow him to even come near his son if he's been drinking.
i lived with my mom for a little while w/ my daughter after my ex left me the third time cuz she said she would help but one night while Lavinya was taking a nap i got in the shower i heard a crashing noise got out and my drunk mother had fallen down almost on top of my baby trying to get her after she awoke. I just don't think things like that should be around babies and he is pretty dependent on it I've asked to start slowing down on it at least, but still i'm really worried.

talk to him! find out why sex doesn't seem as important to him as it was at one point in your relationship, he may be concerned about some harm coming tothe baby(unlikely unless it's a high risk pregnancy) Is this your first child with him, maybe he's not sure what he's feeling about the change in your body...but there's only one way you'll know, and if you don't talk it out with him...things won't get any better and will only become hampered with the addition of a second child, and the stress that brings, especially if you already have a child.

he should, he married you...as for your concern with his drinking, again, talk to him about it, but don't make it seem you are telling or expecting him to quit, if it was something he enjoyed before the two of you got married, there's no reason to expect marriage to change a person's habits...if you explain your concerns he should be willing to work out something acceptable to the both of you. It's admirable that you quit it all but don't expect him to do so...it would have to be something he wants to quit, not has to.

marriages take a lot of work, and most of the work is willing to express problems you perceive, work them out, come to some resolution and move on...children are just the tip of an iceburg in the difficulties of sustaining a relationship...so much of the freedom of a couple is affected by it, if you are both having to work a lot while going through all this, there may not be as much time as you two require to be a couple...complicate this with a pregnancy, an additional mouth to feed and it's understandable why he may be withdrawing from the relationship.

do something romantic for him, a quiet day in bed, a nice dinner, it's essential that the two of you keep the couple in your relationship while becoming married parents of children. make sure he's included in the pregnancy, have him go to a doctor appointment with you, see an ultrasound, talk about names over a nice lunch...

perhaps that's where the breakdown is stemming from, you two are too busy in individual lives, that there's too little time for the family life...so express your concerns to him...that's the best person to work out marital problems with.

As soon as the kid is born expect to get laid once per month if youre lucky.

thanx for the advice the way you typed it made more sense to me than it does in my head,

we bought some new porn so the sex thing is slowly cumming back, but really I guess the biggest problem is still the drinking I just come from a family of alcoholics and I have seen what it does, and avoided that path myself, I just wish it wasen't 2 6packs a day, which really dosen't sound bad until you realize that it's always dark rich beers like 7.5% alcohol.

Relationships change eventually. Part of the human conundrum... we have the sexual urges and drives of most mammals but higher reasoning and emotions that make us want to stick with the same person for a long time even when the chemical attraction wears off. Sucks but thems the facts.
