thats what im gonna try. only problem is, Luci is a pig and eats the kittens food. i know this because shes got fucking fat when we got the kitties. i always found her face down in their food bowl. is there anyway i can keep her from eating their stuff? should i seperate them?

ill be standing still, doing laundry or something...and out of nowhere he runs up to my leg and stands on my foot (toes) and wraps his front paws around my ankle and starts nibbling!

then when i push him away he goes at it again.

You can try, or fill a bowl and put it on a counter or desk and drop her in front of it... Then when she finishes her feast, fill the kittens bowl...

i give them moist food every so often. i dont like to give it to them too often since they dont eat it all, and since its bad for their teeth and gums.

Uhuh.... the kittens should have a can (the small ones ) between them at least three times a week... And the biggun should have a can to herself at least three times a week...
Helps with thier digestion, and with oils and such for thier coats..

canned food actually rots their teeth. ive even SEEN it. they do get the canned or pouched stuff at least once a week, twice if i remember. Luci (the adult) never eats hers tho. she laps up the juice and leaves the food. so ive stopped giving it to her.

Then give her the drainings from every can of tuna you open... the oils are actually good for them...

But between my grandmother, my mom, and me, i have had dealings ( personally new all thier names and played with them ) over 400 cats!!! Gotta love that gram lived on 5 acres in the country.... Lil' Bit was the funnest, and lovey was the bitchiest..
I know cats... I had 2 cats myself that NEVER saw a vet in thier life!!! worst problem i had with them was HUGE furballs!! they were longhairs... LOL And they for 13 and 15 years. They were indoor only cats.. Heh, one got outside once... jumped on the windowsill and meewwed till i went out and got her... *sighs* i miss them..

Lenore is a longhaired cat. *sigh* hairballs are nasty....shes SOOO much softer than the other 2 cats..not just because her fur is longer..but because it is lacking in the guardhairs, so essentially its all very soft floof. im glad i picked her as my kitty cos she snuggles up and sleeps with me when i take a nap. Demons just tends to bite my feet when im trying to sleep.

LOL the two i mentioned last used to sleep with me...
Since i sleep on my side. One would sleep at the bend in my legs, and the other by my stomach... who slept where was a first come first serve basis i believe..

Lenore sleeps right at my chest/stomach, since i sleep on my side as well. only once did i catch Demon sleeping behind the bend in my knees. i didnt wanna get up...he looked too comfy.

Yeah, i'm a roller when i sleep... they stopped that for years...
Seems i somehow knew they were there and didn't roll...

its like a parental thing too. some mums prefer to sleep with the baby next to them. its instinct in the deep subconcious.
