I feel trapped in my life right now. I have nobody who really loves me and I am so stressed out right now because I'm trying to get into art school and I can't find one that really interests me. I really need someone to talk to.

What are you looking for in a school? To me, which school you choose is much less important than what you do at that school.

the thing is, its really stupid. my dad hates me. i mean hates me. he lives in california and never calls me. the other day i found out that he had gotten married. i called him and told him how i felt about him never contacting me and he hung up and i havent heard from him since. i know he's an asshole and that i shouldnt let it bother me, but the other thing is that i was already feeling insecure because i haven't dated anyone in a while, and if my own dad doesnt want to be around me, then there must be something wrong with me.

Don't think it's your fault that your dad has personal problems.
Any father worth a shit at all loves his children regardless of who they are or who their mother's were or whatever. A daughter is a special thing to have, if he can't appreciate that, he doesn't deserve your worry.
Anyone can father a child, but not just anyone can really be a father.
One day he'll probably realize what he lost, but by then you won't want anything to do with him.

I know what it's like to have a bad father. Just hang in there and things will pick up soon enough. Go out and enjoy life, try to meet new people.There's nothing wrong with you, don't blame yourself. You did your best.

If all that wasnt enough, my mom started drinking again and my stepdad wants to divorce her. if he goes, i have to move in with him so i'll lose both my mom and my real dad.

Parents suck sometimes. Mine have never been even half way decent to me or my brother. My advice to you is to forget about your dad's opinions of you. I find it ironic that people need a license to fish or drive a car but any ol' person can have a child. There are some people out there that don't deserve to be parents, and you're father sounds like one of them. As harsh as it may sound, I'd tell him to fuck off. Maybe he'll regret not taking care of you, or talking to you when he needs a kidney transplant or something.
As for Art school, i wouldn't worry as long as you got a good portfolio going and are confident in your skills.
