When I got my penis pierced, the guy that did it said that many guys will pass out from the pain. I can understand that perfectly. It hurt like hell.

i would have to say a genital piercing would hurt; don't have one but seriously considering a PA done... and I have to say none of the peircings I've ever had hurt while being peirced, after is different.
