After visiting every store with beads in this city, I've found just the right ones & begun my second calaca. Feels good to be working on something creative again. Expensive though. (~$30 for each, although I have leftovers for other projects.)

Also, a bit self-critical for not taking 10,000 steps per day. We got these pedometers at work, and we're supposed to be sure to take our steps and call our Field buddies every week to keep them motivated to do so too. I'm at ~7,500, so I need to get moving.

I feel a bit disappointed in myself b/c I haven't taken near the 10,000 steps I was supposed to take today for our company fitness program. It's difficult when your job that takes until 5:30 gives you only 2,000; there's only 5 1/2 hours or so to get in the other 8,000 and everything else.

I felt really good for setting aside some time for a walk, but I found out I'm still nowhere near my daily pedometer goal for the corporate fitness challenge. I will have to have a lower goal for weekdays, b/c the recommended one seems unreasonable.
