I have a slight problem. My girlfriend has gone through a lot of people, and one of her ex-girlfriends is really jealous. She is a friend of mine and we had a few arguements. It all ended up working out, but before it ended my girlfriend wrote a hurtful e-mail to her ex. I don't want to hurt my girlfriend and continue with my friendship behind her back, but I don't want to lose the friendship I have. Anyone have any advice?

well, does your girlfriend have a problem with you being frineds with her ex? I mean, have you actually asked her? Knowing most girls, she probably wrote the email because she was mad, and needed to blow off some steam. If you just asked her, I'm sure she would be fine with you being her ex's friend. What do you mean when you said she had gone through alot of people?

Well she has had almost 30 "significant others". And not a one has lasted really all that long, by what I know. And you're rught, she's probably just blowing off some steam, and I've got the notion that I know you. Maybe really well...you might not be the person I'm thinking of, but you probably are.

I would suggest that you just tell me that you want to be friends with her, because I'm pretty sure I already knew that. And, I was blowing off steam.
