ALL bottled waters are treated by a water treatment plant BEFORE going to a bottling plant..
THATS WHY IT COSTS SO MUCH.... Your paying for both there costs and the city/county/state water costs..
Buy a water filtration device like Pur and put it on your kitchen tap.. same difference.. Actually, maybe better than bottled.. No overhead..LOL | My point is that it's irresponsible to go around in a serious thread such as this one, and make out water to be something that harms your health and shouldn't drink.

I think it may have had something to do with my anemia.. Since I started taking my iron/folic pills they have ~fingers crossed~ gone away a bit... But I drink lots and lots of water. At the gym I must have a litre or so, I make my own soups with lots of water (boiled) and in our current climatic state im drinking iced water like its going out of fashion! A golden energy

If you're exercising as much as you've previously said you do, then you're not getting in enough water.
Anemia... hmm just to ask, did you have a blood test done to tell you have it? Because it's such a usual bandwagon doctors/anyone jumps on when one is vegetarian, they just immediately assume you are anemic. I haven't had meat since the age of 9. Had blood tests done, never been amenic in my life.
Also I don't think you're eating enough, nor a balanced variety of food either. You definitely need to check your water intake and also I don't think you should be taking iron tablets UNLESS you have had blood tests done which conclude you are indeed dramatically amenic. It sounds more to me that you have a fluctuation in your blood sugar levels.

I sleep about 6 or 7 hours a night.
I got a blood test and the doctor said I was a couple points away from actual anemia, borderline. I cant think what else it would be, I had tests for diabetes and its not that either.
This is what I eat every day:
Breakfast: Bowl puffed rice cereal with soya milk
Lunch: Salad, no dressing, just veg. 2 slices pineapple.
Dinner: Some concoction of mine using either 100g quorn mince/fillet or 100g tofu, at least 2 different types of vegetable. A golden energy

Did he then prescribe iron tablets? They are usually really difficult for the body to digest and 8 out of 10 times not even necessary.
You are not sleeping enough, try to get at least 8 hours sleep.
Puffed rice has very little nutritional value and certainly won't provide you with enough energy for the day. I'd say very first thing you should eat in the morning is Fruit. Paw paw, banana or apples or whichever fruit you have available. Wait 30 minutes (if possible) before eating something else. Fruit should always be eaten on its own, try not to mix fruit with vegetables. Can you eat oats? Because usually wheat intolerant people can have oats or maize based products. If so go for a wheat-free, sugar-free muesli with nuts and seeds, and add a bit of honey to the mix.
Instead of having zero salad dressing why not have a bit of olive oil and herbs added to your salad? Will make it taste great too, and also be inventive and add nuts and seeds to the salad as well!
To try and increase your protein levels you should think about including pulses in your diet. And definitely grains as well, like brown rice!

I take my iron with folic which is supposed to make it easier. No they arent prescribed.
I have a really unhealthy relationship with food. I dreamt I had absentmindedly eaten some cake and custard and had to make myself be sick afterwards. I suffer from incredible food guilt, I have to know the calories and fat in everything and weigh it all out accordingly. I have a whiteboard in my kitchen where I tot up the day's food intake.
The puffed rice is my carbohydrate.. Soya milk has good nutritional value. And it tastes nice.. Maybe I should chop a banana over it?
Im not a big fan of oats.. too much carb and fat in them. I love a big bowl of creamy porrigde but I feel so terrible afterwards that its easier just to avoid it altogether.
Nuts and seeds- again the fat gets me down.
Fat Fat Fat I sound crazy
Used to have brown rice, but cant be bothered to make it up, it tastes foul by itself and a few months back I lived a week on brown rice and peas.. It doesnt have nice memories. Plus teh carb guilt.
I have kidney beans.. A golden energy

It's about moderation. Nuts and seeds in moderation will provide you with incredible trace elements, you need it. Puffed rice is just air. Brown rice cooked and mixed with a veg stirfry is delicious.
You will not be able to shed the weight if you have such issues with it. You are constantly telling your body food is fattening and bad, and that is exactly the way it will be for you. You can live on water (hypothetically) and get fat if you don't change your mindset. I understand weight and food issues. You cannot believe the list of foods I "can't" eat because of intolerances etc. Food and nutrition has formed a gigantic part of my daily life, I get where you are coming from and that is why I'm telling you this: Change your perception about food and you will see the weight "drop". Being healthy is much better than suffering from bad nutrition related diseases later on in life. And being healthy does not mean being fat. Your fear will cause your body to hang onto "air" and convert that into fat!
Take it easy, really. It's a dangerous game.

Yes it is easier said than done, obviously. Addiction is something that is difficult to control, and you are developing an addiction, which stems from fear. However long it takes you, eventually you'll have your epiphany and let go of the fear. Eat to live, don't live to eat. (Even in minute portions). You're allowing food to control you. It sounds harsh but it is the truth. It's a mental thing, not a calorie thing.

I know, its all in my head ~taps it~
I try, I really do, I just panic. And when I was brought up watching people count what they ate and skip meals I jumped the bandwagon. Hell I get 'well done' when I have like 600cals.
I didnt weigh out my breakfast.. That must count.

I don't think im skinny.
We are brainwashed by the mass media to believe that the only way we will succeed in life is if we are tiny and slyph-like.
The magazines feature articles like 'How to slim into your bikini' and 'The beach body everyone wants', they have diet and exercise plans, ways to banish cellulite, fat thighs, big booty. etc.
We buy into the dream.
We see all these successful women- actresses, models, musicians, writers, dancers- and they nearly all of them are skinny. We aspire to be like them, because their visage is one of perfection.
