next monday (march 31st) is my last day at work, and then I'm taking the entire month of April off, and the first part of May. Around mid-may I'm leaving for basic training. Here's my problem.
I plan on modifying my car, drinking beer, playing video games, drinking alcohol, watching too many movies, drinking beer, and maybe drinking some beer. In short, I really want to accomplish nothing whatsoever during April except for lots of drunken, (somewhat) safe fun, because it's the last chance I'll get at it during life until I retire.
I need a budget or something, I need some advice from you experienced party-whores on how to get the most alcohol and the most fun out of your dollar. Advice for tasty, strong, inexpensive drinks would be appreciated.

just remember if your looking for something strong, that everclear is EVIL...trust me on this one...it will sneak up on you and alcohol poisoning is no fun

Actually, I know of an excellent cheap drink.
McCormick's orange voda, which runs about 6.99 per liter, and some cheap orange soda. Mix them properly, and you have a drink that actually tastes good, and is still plenty strong enough to get you plastered from a few drinks.

most any schnapps is delightful to mix or drink straight, but there are large cans of beer for ninety nine cents...some of that stuff is good! Personally i like anything i can mix in with coffee...i drink a lot of that stuff 
oh, and if you want any mixed drink ideas...i've got a bartenders black book! Everything from an "alien urine sample to a "zamboanga hummer"  just let me know the liquor!

Well I usually can't drink vodka, the smell/taste of it makes me want to puke.
As far as mixed drinks go, I love long island iced teas. Yummy!
