A/ A place here, close to where I live, called 'Pixie Beach' but it's
becoming less and less solitary, as time goes on...

i don't think i do actually...my days are random and hectic and i normally act on spur of the moment decisions. when i do fall into routine it tends to only last for a short period of time until something disrupts it or i get bored.

A/ As much as they would deserve to, I don't think anyone should have that kind of power as an individual, over any other person. But as a community I do think...if handled in a civilized manor, that public justice, could be fair for a crime. I believe that in some cases Justice should be A Public Decision, as it still is in (some) third world countries, that still honor public executions (fitting the crime...such as stoning) or public humiliation, such as the stocks!
With the way things are now, people getting arrested and then released, just because they don't have room or money to prosecute or house/feed the lawbreaker/murder/thief...............
I think it is unfair, for the public, who must sit on their hands or be at risk of becoming the murder, and arrested for taking care of business. They used to have a travelling Judge and it was handled post haste by the towns. It didn't cost anymore than a few meals and a place for the Judge to lay his head at night. Usually at a local boarding house ! But that was the Old West and that was then and they were uncivilized I guess......................

um, with less people in jail? nah, i don't know...it would definitely be a deterrent for people to commit crimes.

Hmmm I think it depends on the severity, how many offenses and the actual drug used. I think more of the effort trying to catch users should be put on dealers, they are the main problem.

probably when i was on the bus with my girl one day and the bus stopped really suddenly, we both flew out of our seats and hit the floor really hard. my girl was bleeding from her forhead and it freaked me out, got me thinking, 'what if she dies and i never say goodbye', and all this shit...but yeah, anything that makes me question my own - or those close to me- mortality makes me feel physically sick.
