no. they all look pasty. and usually overweight.

A: Nope. I enjoy meat too much.

I'm one of THOSE people...I don't eat red meat, and on my way to doing away with the rest. Oh, and just for the record I'm very healthy and not at all pasty.

What's your fave dessert?

A: Chocolate shake. But being diabetic, I have to do it a bit differently. Low carb ice cream, non-fat milk.

And no one said anything about THOSE people. I have yet to actually see a healthy true vegan. The closest I have come to are those who recently started the program and hadn't been at it a month. So I wanna see pictures to show your non-pasty-ness please.

Yes, I do. Soy, rice and almond.

no, sounds gross. but i don't like regular milk, either.

why do you drink that stuff?

I am doing my best to stay away from real milk.
(If I went vegan, dairy products would be among the hardest for me to give up. ICE CREAM!!!!)

Why do you drink milk?

Because it's traditional, and yummy, and healthy

Do you buy organic produce?

no. i wash produce when i get it home, does that count?

i guess the stuff i grow myself is organic.

Don't even have a yard to myself at the time begin.

yeah, why not? i don't really know enough about it to care. i wash things that we eat, that's about it.

Yes, I do. Very much.

How is milk healthy for you?

A: Protein, Calcium, appropriate amount of good fats your body needs. Also some antibodies.

Q: Why does soy milk have a higher carb count then the soy beans it's made from?

All the added junk that they add to it.... sad process really.

Don't you wish you just had the truth to food, which were truly healthy, which weren't no added B.S.?

A: Which is why I get wild game. I have friends that like to hunt but don't want the meat. I buy the hunting license and pay the butcher fees and I get the meat. They keep the trophy.

Q: Would that make a difference in your view of meat if you could grow/slaughter your own.

I don't think I could view the slaughter, and I might get attached to some of the cows, but most likely not.
