Absolutely. It's amazing what the mind can accomplish. There are monks somewheres in Asia that can raise their body temperature so much it can heat water, and if they wrap themselves in wet sheets on the top of a frozen mountain, they can keep themselves warm. It's fucked up. Crazy... just crazy.

If I ignore someone it's because they have done bad. It's the kindest thing I could do. Other wise I would have to rip out their eyes....If I'm ignoring you, you have hurt me and/or I am really shitty with you. So no. I don't feel bad when I ignore someone.

Have you done anything productive or creative today?

it's cause i have ignored someone. well i didn't feel like talking to them and so i left them. they were left there to hang while i said nothing. when they came out and said hey to me. i didn't even respond with a hello. i just didn't want to talk to that person. though they didn't do anything to me. it's just i wasn't in the mood to talk. that is why i asked a question like that. to see if you or anyone else has done that to someone to. as well as to see if you have felt bad about it. but the person i talk to. we talk all the time anyway. it's like we never miss a moment of having to talk to one another. so it was that time where i wasn't in the mood. i'm sure we all get that each other from time to time. but it would have been wise if i were to say " i don't feel like talking. because i am not in the mood for it." and leave it at that. so you only ignore someone when they have done something bad. i usually do that very samething myself.
