I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO UPLOAD A DRAWING FOR HOURS NOW! I DONT KNOW HOW TO CONVERT THE IMIAGE TO BE SMALL ENOUGH TO FIT THE UPLOAD REQUIREMENTS! AND I CANT HIT BROWSE... FOR SOME REASON THE BUTTON IS NOT THERE??? ..SO ANY SUGGESTIONS??? OR AM I DOOMED TO BE A DUMB ASS???

How big is the image that you are trying to resize?
