Imagine that. My first post in this thread...a flame...and it could have been any thread on this entire forum.

Spend most of my time actually practicing the arts instead of reading about them. Just couldn't maintain my silence regarding this oh-so-gay thread....the thought of "yum-yums" made me wretch. I don't like people to start with, and then to encounter a prancing sugar-bear in a so-called "dark" environment just sent me over the edge. Perhaps this is a pre-school.

At least Xuldemios was interesting. I just expect more from a place where 90% of the smilies are devils.

If quantity of posts is important to members here, I'm sure that - from what I've seen so far - there will be many more.

Are they not both "flames" in a sense? Perhaps I should have just said "Why don't you grow up and act your age instead of a blubbering baby boy?"

Would that have been considered a "flame?"

Anyway, out of some stunted sense of "respect", I will do my best to comply with your directives. However, my feelings about this thread are still:

and it seems odd to me that a board that seems to pride itself on "darkness" and alternative thought would be so restrictive and censorial in what others have to say, whether they be newcomers or not. It's ok to tell someone you're going to slowly disembowl them, (as in the case of Xuldemios), but not ok to tell someone to grow up. Hmmm.
