I used to post here quite a bit...I see some names on the bottom listed with the recent activity on the forum that I recognize. I stopped by again out of curiosity but may have to see if anything sparks my interest again.

I remember the 'good' times moderating Politics with Dyshade. Nothing wrong with Dy, just everything wrong with arguing politics.

Anyway, good to be back, methinks.

True. I saw a few names I remember. I don't know who really would remember me, though I was around for a while.

Judging by the rate of posts now vs. a couple of years ago, that seems pretty accurate. This used to be a pretty busy time on any night.

At the same time, maybe its good that a few of us have come back out of the woodwork?

Don't worry about the credits, it was an idea that Garg had, but since he no longer runs the site, then I don't think they have any value anymore, but if you are curious how to earn more credit, search the site, there is a thread that discusses how to earn more.

yeah... ive been around for 3 days now and its weird not recieving a post every couple mins or less... it used to be like every thread was a chatroom... i hope more ppl come around and bring back the old darkforum spirit....

I think there'd be less resentment if it wasn't for the whole 'network of forums' schtick. Plus, its really easy to look at the guy's background and decide that he has little in common with the average poster here. You start to wonder if his tone/style are the same on other forums.

Either way, I suppose I'll set up shop again and post. I really can't believe that I've been here, off and on, since 2001. That's a little weird, but I'm glad things are still up and moving, if a little slower.
