I prefer my potatoes turned into French Fries

And then I add Ketsup...
Fallowed by some sort of Coleslaw...
With Garlic Bread...
And some Hadock...
And then I eat.
After I get something to drink of course, usually water.

In Peru they oven roast thin slices of the orange sweet potatoes until they are intense in flavour and crispy on the outside and serve them with a very spicy hot pepper "relish" made with mirasol peppers. It's the stuff of multiple orgasms.

I like home-made baked french "fries" and those potato logs you find at gas stations some times that have the seasoned breading.

Sweet potato fries are tasty. Little oil, deep fry 'em, add cinnamon and sugar (possibly syrup if you want)..and enjoy.

gas station food is the best, especially the tater logs! Any potato is the best potato, unless they have onions, onions are the bane of my existence.....death to the smelly, eye burners!!!!!!!!

Potato logs are just large french fries (like four per potato) with batter that's seasoned like fried chicken batter. So good! And maybe healthier than fries b/c of the higher potato to oily surface area ratio.

mmmmmm that sounds so good.... i like a good potato, and truly appreciate its versatility but i absolutely LOVE Kumara!
