Was reading this thing on Civil Defence thing on the back of a magazine and it said to store 3 litres of water per person, per day for a week. Are they really expecting me to have 105 litres stashed somewhere in my house? I don't know anyone that does this. I live in apartment with 4 others, and there just isn't space. I'd have to kick someone out just so I could use their room to keep the emergency water supply in.
