I have yet to run across the ability to create a Dark Knight character....
You can mimic the abilities, but that just isn't the same, especially since you can only mimic them when that person is in the fight against/with you.

I don't think it's possible to have a Dark Knight character, but I can't wait for Final Fantasy Tactics on Game boy advance... Maybe you can become a dark knight there hehehe well that's kinda a solution to your problem... on second thought just ignore this post...

the only thing i can find is that you equip Ramza with all of Gafgarion's items before the Execution Site battle and change Gaf into a priest... doing so would change the squire job in Ramza to dark knight after the battle

i just started a new game this weekend, but time has been short so im still only on the first chapter...ill probably get there this weekend... as a side note... all the sources that have recommended the trick say that it works about 30% of the time so save before the battle...

not yet... never had the patience... besides, once i was able to breed monsters and had a shitload of story specific playables like Beowulf and Orlandu i dropped all of my expendable soldiers... heheh, now that i think about it, it wouldve been funny if my old recruits showed up as soldiers for the enemy depending on which city i was in when i dumped em...

i seem to be missing 8 or so dogtags from the tanker level of MGS2... ive gotten everyone i THINK, the only other possibilty is that the assault team that comes after you on alert... do i have to stun them all then wake them up one at a time?

I don't think you can actually take a dogtag from an assault team member... because whenever I point my weapon at their face they'll just attack straight away so I don't think you're missing a dogtag from an assault team...
