My Sis bought me one yesterday so we now both have one. I actually love the change of pace from full on games that's I'm used to playing to having some real interaction

Shut the fuck up! i heard when they originally planned to bring as many sega titles as possible over to the wii, but it never occurred to me that they'd touch that!
all i need now is smash brothers: brawl and i'm set for the year. anything else is just gravy.

I must say I love my Wii, but I'm just disappointed at the lack of real games at the moment. The possibilities should be endless with the control method yet most of the games so far seem to be very samey or just rehash's of games on other consoles with a twist in the control method.
Where's the big games at, something like a Star Wars game with Lightsabre's or even a Soul Calibur game with big swords and stuff...
I saw clips of the new Resident Evil game for the Wii, but I'm hoping it doesn't just end up like Dead Aim for the PS2.
Anyone know any new features in the Wii pipeline?

who knows. they might port NiGHTS into dreams onto the virtual console.
thing is, i prefer playing games on their original consoles. on many occasions recently i've nearly bought myself a Saturn, and another Dreamcast. mostly i just collect sonic games. but when i get a saturn, i'll certainly get NiGHTS and the special controller.
