Finally the game is out (for PC, X-Box and PS2). Can't wait to get it. The first part (Hitman: Codename 47) was a kick-ass game.

For those who never heard of it, in this game you play as an assassin for hire. The game is devided in several missions, connected by a storyline. In each mission your goal is to go through a heavily guarded area and complete your objectives (eliminate a certain target in most cases). The game is different from normal action games because of it's realistic approach and using of stealth and careful planning (you often get the time to study the area before starting to act, generally until you draw a weapon or enter the restricted area, nobody will start attacking you) instead of brute force. AI is quite good and you have to drag and hide bodies and make as few noise as possible. First part featured good graphics and great character animation and sound effects, and from what I hear those are good in the sequel as well. They also improved controls and some other stuff.

Anyway, anybody else allready played the game? Or maybe the first part? Any comments on it?

i have the XBox version (i know, what the hell's the matter with me...well, shut up). anyway, it's pretty damned sweet. though i don't feel it does the game justice to just go on a rampage and kill everyone, there's plenty of games like that already. if you actually try playing the right (stealth) way, you'll find it's so much more difficult, in-depth and rewarding. but it's damn hard.
