i dont care much for chinese curry...it is a bit bland for me.

my mate tells me that the japanese curry he had on Okinawa was very good! and nothing like the chinese stuff, says it has a totally unique flavour.

Ok - this is a good one!

Take 3 Quorn fillets and put them in a dish

cover with a tin of chopped tomatoes

Stir in some chilli and some garlic

Top with sliced mushroom and courgette, and drizzle with olive oil

Bake for about 45 mins on 200c

Top with cheese (or not if you're wanting to lose weight) and grill

Eat!!

Gnocchi A La Neon

Get some Potato Gnocchi Pasta (lovely) and make as usual when ready.

The sauce,

250g Cheese (hard cheese)
50g Softer cheese
1 Aubergine
1/2 Cup of milk
Mushrooms (chopped
1 Bell pepper chopped

Fry Aubergine, Mushrroms and Pepper in pan, Melt cheese into pan until a thick roux, then add milk and mix. Then add fried pepeers et al.
Make Gnocchi and when gnocchi ready, stir in mixture
