what sports have you played?

i played soccer when i was pretty young and then played football in high school for my freshman year, but i sucked at playing my position and spent more time on the bench than on the field, so i didn't pursue it.

i like to bowl, but i'm not very serious at it. my friends and i, every once in a while, go 'creepshow bowling' where the end points don't matter. the only objective is to get hammered, find the smallest ball possible and see who can make the most fucked up shot. that goes for either your lane or any adjoining lane. slices count, shot put style throws count, bounces definitely count, etc.


what sports do you like to watch?

i love watching football. it's definitely my sport, although i don't have any favorites right now. i used to be a big 49ers fan, but now they suck ass, so i've kicked them to the curb.

for some reason i also like to watch fishing. i dunno why, it just ends up staying on my tv whenever it comes on. probably because i'm hungover on sundays and i'm too brain dead to change the channel. i've fished a bunch of times, but not enough to call myself a fisherman by any means. same goes for golf, well kinda, i've never played a round of it, but i love playing it on video game versions.

I watch Wimbledon tennis and yell and swear at the TV when whoever I'm rooting for fucks up.

um....i can watch football every now and then....especially the playoffs.....

i can watch tennis too....i find it kinda addicting, almost mind numbing, to hear "UGH! whack....thud....YUH! whack....thud" and so on, and so on, and so on, and so on....

but, i really do like Nascar....oh yeah!!!!!!!!! i know peeps think itz redneckish and dumb, and so don't even wanna consider it a sport, but it is......you try drivin' 180 mph (sumtimes over 200) within close proximity of other cars, for a few hours, makin' sure your car is good, makin' sure you're not too loose or too tight when goin' around bends, tryin' to make sure you don't bump anything and fuck up the aerodynamics of your car, and then worryin' about PIT strategies.......i do, i luv nascar....i'm from ohio, mildly racist, chew chaw from time to time, and luv nascar!!!!!!! w00t!!!!!!!!

anywho....sports i played?

never really was into sports....i did like Tee-Ball and Basketball as a kid.....Track one year in highschool (a girlfriend coherced me, and i wanted to lose some weight anyway).....but i was an uber-band geek....

i dunno if you consider marching band a sport, but i do.....ever seen DCI competitions or anything Drum and Bugle Corps related? that shits fucked up man......itz like the elite of marching bands and stuff.....plus, that shit was kinda hard....you try marching around for hours and hours with a 30 - 50 pound drum hanging on your shoulder, trying to go 10 yards in 8 steps, sideways with a crab-walk, or backwards, hittin' your marker, not lookin' anywhere but forward, while watchin' the conducter, all the while dismmising the pain in your back, while hopin' to god 50 of your fellow band geeks make a straight line.....wooo....it was intense....

but yeah....NASCAR!!!!!!!! w00t!

-football (my team=st.louis)
-basketball (sometimes... I'd say I follow it more than watch it.)
-hockey (well, back in the day when there was such a thing)
-soccer (on occasion)
-NASCAR (my guy=#48)
-x games (not a specific sport, but I'll watch any of the sports involved in the x games)
-And when the Olympics (winter and summer) come around I'll watch pretty much any of the sports involved... well, anything but curling.

Cheerleading....dunno if thats considered one for ya but hey i'll let the secret out.

Now i just do the horseback riding stuff...Hunter/Jumping, Jumpers, Grand Prix.

I watch mostly football. Sometimes the gymnastics. And the horse stuff.

Softball....only a couple of times and hated it
Football...with family, friends, etc....and flag football in high school
Tennis...haven't played in years, but I use to love it
Beach Volleyball...a few times
Water Skiing...I'm not very good, but I try
I'm a badass at airhockey...but I don't think that counts

To Watch

NFL Football...I try to catch at least 2 games a year at Alltel Stadium, and never miss watching a Jacksonville game...when the Jags aren't playing I'll flip from game to game to keep up with fantasy players....
Boxing...my husband is a boxing fan, so I watch with him

i forgot about that one. i grew up on a bike. we've transformed entire desert lots into tracks to practice on and then raced at the aba bmx track on the weekends.

shit, i forgot that one too. i love to watch boxing/ufc/pride any fighting sport.
