my mum wanted to try Limburger once. she was told its alot like a very very sharp cheddar once you manage to get it past your nose. so i bought her some and she told me to try a tiny piece. i held my nose and tried it....HORRIBLE stuff!

ugh. she also told me buttermilk is pretty good and i figured it would be sweet. i got some for her and she poured a huge glass and drank it all so i got a glass too. one sip was toooooo much. URGH. NASTY! its rancid milk really!

Yeah but it makes ranch dressing and pancakes taste so much better

cheese seems to have the true fanatics. people are psycho over cheese, particularly teenage punk chicks. i can't stand too much of it, or else i feel like i'm going to turn into a teenage punk chick. my favorite is probably feta, though.

ghoooooooda is awesome. feta is great. bleu cheese is alright, but it's too smelly most of the time for me...

i know a few really good cheese recipes.. simple to make and great for appetizers..i might most em later if i look them up.

possibly chips and salsa... but the chips HAVE to be just salty enough, yellow corn rounds and the salsa HAS to be Sadie's brand.
