I like how you think and agree...if you know what limits your body has then as you said it can be transcended and you can focus on more mental endeavors...whether it's extreme pleasure or exquisitly applied pain...it will awaken parts of your mind and body you may not have even be aware of...and meditation is not half as fun 
enlightenment through sex...with the right person it can be a very mystical experience, no ritual involved...everything fading away only you and you and you chosen partner...knowing what makes you scream and them...
I don't think this has anything with martial arts, and to use the energy summoned up during a sexual act takes skill and a great awareness...you can mix magick with anything to get any result you desire...with the right mental mindset...
